I have been taking Zoloft for about 4 months. I started off at 25mg and incrementally increased to 150mg. That was working for awhile for panic/anxiety, but now I feel like I need to go to an even higher dose. Has anyone experienced developing a "tolerance" to Zoloft?

Hello:
I've been on Zoloft for many years; my doctor has it combined with Buprion (Wellbutrin) in the AM. I'm manic-depressive and have many different protocols figured out for me throughout these past fourteen years. I find Zoloft my very best anti-depressant with hardly any side-affects. I hope you find it to be as helpful with your depression as I have.
