My br was just but into the hospital due to lexapro making him kinda suicidal. these meds are messing with his head. and now they gave him risperidone and i wanted some feedback on it. if any1 has takin this and had bad or good side effects let me know, bc i wanna keep ontop of all this. i worry bc all these meds are working against him

For me, Risperidone has made me tired,had more vivid nightmares, restlessness, and withdrawl from people. I'm also taken Lexapro and have noticed a little bit of suicidal thoughts, but I'm only taking half a pill, how much was your brother taking? Sometimes taking meds scares me, but Risperidone helps me a lot with voices, visions, hostility, and some other things. Meds affect different people differently, and there are side affects for each one, this site gives the side affects to Risperdal, but your brother isn't likely to show all of them.
