I'm on Geodon for about 2 months now. I'm not psychotic but neither can say I only have a depression. I'm usually between very energetic periods and depressive ones. I guess what I have is hypomania. I was diagnosed a depression in 2000. Since then I've been between highs and lows. A long time on Seroxat, then it seemed to stop working, then on Efexor 150 and Rivotril and now 40mg of Geodon by dinner time (or Zeldox as it is called in Europe I beleive). At first I felt quite sleepy, but it seems the drowsiness is going away. Something else, at about 4pm I start feeling really upset with everything. Almost couldn't stand people talking to me. And the past week I've been felling a bit depressive (dark thoughts, fear of facing life, anxiety...). I've spooke to my doctor and both agree for me to start taking 60mg and see how it goes. Anyone has a similar experience? I've been reading some terrible experiences with Geodon.

if you like to sleep its your savior. if you work in the morning stay as far away as possible. i have litterly passed out at work in the moring due to that, ive been so tired i have to have someone drive me there and walk me to the door bc i can barely see.
