I have bee taking Insidon (100 mg /day). Now my doctor has prescribed me Doxepin : 10 mg three times plus 25 mg nigths. I think that is too much and I am afraid I will be sleepy all day. I am also afraid of having an epileptic seizure (it always happened to me once, due to an anridepressant, I suppose it was anafranil or tofranil). What do you think? Could I reduce it to only 25 mg night ? Furthermore, wich intervall shall I leave betweeen any pill? The doctor didin't say it.

I think the best would be to talk to your doctor and ask him whether it is enough to take 25mg at night. Especially when you change from one medicine to another I think it is important to talk with your doctor about it. For myself I had to take it also 3 times daily when I started taking it but after complaining about side effects (dizziness, tired and somehow very sleepy) my doctor told me to take it at the evening.
But then again: Please talk to your doctor about it. He prescribed it to you and he should know how to dosage it. Tell him exactly as you wrote here, whether you can take it nights only.
