When I take trazodone for my insomnia, I usually wake up in the middle of the night with a pretty strong erection. I get up, walk around and it usually subsides a bit. It wasn't painful so I don't know if you could classify it as a priapism. Either way, I'm scared I'll get a priapism now. Is it normal to have stronger nocturnal erections with trazodone? It works so good for me I really don't want to discontinue use.
