Can anyone recommend really a good database with all new approved drugs. I mean something like for example http://www.drugspipeline.com but to be specified whether these drugs are approved in Europe or the US it is really tideos to look for all of them on FDA or EMEA site

This might be what you are looking for. It lists new drug approvals by date so that you can stay on top of new approvals as they come out.

There is another site that contains information on all FDA approved drugs but I am not aware of a convenient way to search it by date.
